Students in Fall II, Spring I & II for the 10-week ground programs, Spring I, Spring II, & Summer I for the 8-week Summer online programs, and the Spring 2025 graduates from the Center for Graduate studies cohorts are eligible to attend the Summer 2025 CA Commencement. Invitations and registration details will be sent to WCU emails by the end of May. If you do not receive this email invitation by the end of May prior to the ceremony and would like to attend, please contact us to check your eligibility.
Graduates from the online program can choose to defer their commencement attendance to the Florida or the Texas ceremonies, taking place in the second half of 2025. If you are an online graduate and interested in attending a commencement ceremony in a different location, there will be an option to indicate this within your Summer CA Commencement invitation.

Graduate Timeline

| April 17 | Last day for graduates to purchase regalia through Eagle. |
| Early May | WCU CA and Online students will receive details regarding regalia pick-up. |
| May 30 | Last day to register for the California Summer Commencement. |
| Week of June 8 | WCU CA and Online students will hear more from the Commencement Team about the ceremony, venue, how to engage via social media, and other details. |
| June 13 | California Summer 2025 Commencement and Hooding Ceremony. Please plan to stay for the duration of the ceremony. |
The West Coast University California Summer 2025 Commencement and Hooding Ceremonies will take place on Friday, June 13 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. The ceremony is expected to take 1.5 hours and ask that you and your guests stay for the duration of the ceremony. More details including the timeline for the day, guest experience, the Honda Center, and other logistics will be sent via WCU email in early June.
As new details are finalized, we will continue to provide updates on this website. Graduates also will receive information via email.
Regalia, required for the commencement ceremony, can be purchased through Eagle. Regalia must be purchased by April 17. Learn more about purchasing regalia, how to dress for commencement, and how to show off your WCU style.
Please note that regalia orders will not be shipped and must be picked up in person in May. More information to come.
Grad PhotosGraduates will have their individual photo taken at the commencement ceremony. Photos will be available after the ceremony for optional purchase. Graduates are expected to pre-register with Grad Team to ensure photos are received within 72 hours of the ceremony for optional purchase.

Expect the ceremony to last 1.5 hours.
Hooding will take place onstage during the graduate recognition portion of the ceremony.
Students in Pending Graduate Status may print a verification of enrollment letter, which includes your anticipated graduation date, directly from the student portal. Follow this guide for assistance. When applying for a visa, students should provide both the verification letter along with the Commencement invitation email from West Coast University.
