Students eligible for the 2025 commencement ceremonies include those who have completed or are on track to complete their degree requirements in the following terms:
Upon registration, graduates from the online program can elect to attend the Florida or the Texas ceremonies.

The West Coast University will celebrate their Miami Commencement Ceremony on Friday, November 14 at the Charles Dodge City Center (601 City Ctr Wy, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025) at 12:30 p.m. The expected duration of the ceremony is 2.5 hours, we ask that you and your guests stay for the duration of the ceremony.
We are happy to confirm that the venue has sufficient seating to accommodate all ADA requests from guests. For guests' comfort and convenience, early arrival is encouraged, though not required. Please note that general seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Graduate and guest tickets will be distributed electronically to those who registered, the week prior to commencement. For any questions regarding tickets, please contact WCUCommencement@westcoastuniversity.edu.
We are excited to celebrate our Fall 2025 graduates and invite family and friends who are unable to attend in person to join us virtually. The ceremony will be livestreamed to allow loved ones near and far to share in this special moment.

Graduates will have individual and ceremonial portraits taken during the commencement ceremony, which will be available for purchase following the event. To ensure you receive access to your portraits, click here to pre-register.

Graduates and their guests should plan to be at the Charles Dodge City Center at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony. We expect the ceremony to last approximately 2 hours. Additional schedule details will be sent to graduates via WCU email.
Guest tickets will be distributed once registration closes.
Hooding will take place onstage by the program dean during the graduate recognition portion of the ceremony.
Students in Pending Graduate Status may print a verification of enrollment letter, which includes your anticipated graduation date, directly from the student portal.

When applying for a visa, graduates should provide both the verification letter along with the Commencement invitation email from West Coast University.
