Please contact the commencement planning team at WCUCommencement@westcoastuniversity.edu on or by June 20, 2024, to discuss available accommodations.

Graduates and their guests should plan to be at the Honda Center at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony. We expect the ceremony to last approximately 2 hours. Additional schedule details will be sent to graduates via WCU email.

Guest tickets must be claimed by the graduate in the Universe ticketing platform. A link and instructions will be included in the graduate confirmation email following completion of the commencement registration form.

Graduates are permitted to attend another ceremony of their choice in 2024. There will be a place to indicate your ceremony location preference within the Commencement invitation. Contact information can be found at the bottom of this webpage. Invitations will be sent approximately two (2) months prior to Commencement.

Hooding will take place onstage by the program dean during the graduate recognition portion of the ceremony.

Students in Pending Graduate Status may print a verification of enrollment letter, which includes your anticipated graduation date, directly from the student portal.

Students in Graduate Status please reach out to your campus registrar for confirmation of your status and a verification letter. Campus registrar contact information can be found below. When applying for a visa, graduates should provide both the verification letter along with the Commencement invitation email from West Coast University.
